For Grub orders, food delivery is done directly by the restaurant by their own staff or delivery team. You can contact the restaurant directly to provide your feedback on their food and service quality. How to use UrbanFindr

You can order your favourite grub or booze on our website. Choose the items that you wish to purchase, and place your order. The restaurant or shop will receive your order, then deliver it to you.
You can even place advanced orders for delivery or takeaway for a scheduled food delivery.
You can order your grubs or boozes directly from our platform. Select the items that you want to purchase, then place your order. The restaurant or shop will then receive the order and deliver it to you.
Scheduled advanced orders are also available for delivery or takeaway.

We have a team that curates a list of shops and restaurants, providing you with quality and diverse dining experiences that range from different styles and cuisines.

You can order anytime and the online stores are open 24×7. However, each restaurant and shop has different opening hours.
Our online platform is open 24 hours, so you can order at any time. However, each restaurant and shop has different opening hours but you can still schedule an advanced delivery.

After you place your food order, our platform will send the order information directly to the restaurant or shop.  They will prepare the orders you order and send it to you. 
If it’s a Booze order, your order will be processed by UrbanFindr, and our delivery team will ship it to you.  It usually takes 1-2 business days for delivery.  We deliver 6 days a week, excluding Sundays.

We only accept credit card payments so as to provide a seamless online shopping experience. An online payment system provides an immediate confirmation, enabling the restaurant or shop to process your order immediately.  You may tip the riders in cash.

It’s totally your choice! You can tip the delivery riders in cash and the tips are all theirs to keep.

Our partner restaurants and shops are encouraged to offer the same pricing for delivery and their in-house menus. Prices will be clearly listed in the online menu. However, if you have a question about the restaurants’ pricing, you can contact them directly.

Yes, orders can be placed up to 8 days in advance.

Yes, you can choose from two options. Delivery or self-pickup directly at the restaurant.
This option is however, unavailable for booze orders purchased from UrbanFindr because it will be delivered to you directly from our warehouse.

Food is packaged by the restaurants and shops to provide you with the best dining experience.
You may contact the restaurant directly should you have any feedback about their food packaging.

Questions regarding my order

For Grub orders, they are directly prepared and delivered by the restaurant. If you have any problems with your order, please contact the restaurant directly to provide your feedback, enquiry or problem. Should you need any assistance from us to speak with the restaurant about the issue, you can contact our customer service team at help@theurbanfindr.com or click on our Help Centre link to open a ticket.

For Grub orders, please contact the restaurant immediately if you need to add an item after you have placed an order.

Things might go wrong occasionally. There will be unexpected situations that are outside the control of the restaurant, shop, or delivery rider. For Grub orders, the restaurants or shops will contact you if they know your order might be late. You can also contact them directly to check on the delivery status.

For Booze orders, our customer service team will contact if they know that your order might be late.  you can contact our customer service team at help@theurbanfindr.com or click on our Help Centre link to open a ticket.

If you think you will not be able to receive your order in time at your delivery address, please let us know.

For Grub orders, please contact the restaurant or shop directly to let them know about this issue. The rider or driver will try to contact you if they have problems with your delivery. If a delivery fails because we are unable to establish contact with you, you will still be charged in full for you order.

For Booze orders, please contact our customer service team. They will contact you if they know that your order might be late. Contact our customer service team at help@theurbanfindr.com or click on our Help Centre link to open a ticket. The rider will try to contact you if they have an issue with the delivery. If a delivery fails because we are unable to establish contact with you, you will still be charged in full for you order. Redelivery can be arranged, but there will be additional charges.
