Wine Tasting Dinner

Hola! The abundance of grape varieties in Spain has made them one of the largest wine producers in the world. This time, we have Fazil, a championship winning sommelier, to introduce a 3-course dinner menu with 3 different wines from the Spanish region.

The 3 wines you’ll be tasting during the session are: Vina Albali Verdejo 2017, Marques de Tomares Crianza 2017 and Toro De Albalá Don Px 2018.

Starter: Goat Cheese Salad, Pineapple, Fig, Walnut
Main Course: Beef Tenderloin, Garlic Mushroom, Manchego Cheese Crust, Asparagus
Dessert: Cream Catalana, Mix Berries, White Chocolate Crumble
