We are thrilled to go on this sake tasting adventure with you.  Find out more about the different flavour and aroma profiles of the 5 Hakugakusen sakes that will be served, and how to correctly savour them. Like the Okuetsu that is made using hard water with a higher mineral content, produces a sake that is nuanced and balanced in terms of taste and flavour profiles.
